The Daniel Plan was exactly what I was looking for to connect all the dots for my ministries. I have been working with people for a few years on improving health with proper food, fitness, focus and friends but now with adding the "faith" essential has truly opened my eyes on how to impact more lives.

My Small Group is going through a 6-week program of the Daniel Plan, and using this workbook as the study guide. Each student enjoys the program and report that they look forward to coming to class each week.

This is the third time I have used the Daniel Plan Study Guide with a group.
It flows very well and keeps the sessions organized. I also enjoy using the videos.

The Daniel Plan Study Guide is a great resource to accompany the DVD for small group studies. It is visually appealing with beautiful full colored pages and has questions for discussion for each session. We are using the guide with our small group at church. The only thing that would make it better would be if it had journal type questions for participants to use during the week. I know the Daniel Plan has a separate journal (which I have and love), but for the average person who may not want to purchase several different items, it would be nice to have some journal aspects in the study guide.

Supper tool for small group discussions. The member can take it home after the class and use everyday to review what was said is group. Helps members realize that they are not the only one on this journey to live more healthy.

This guide is great along with the video. The discussion questions are great.
Our group goes through them every week, and we come up with new ideas on foods, and ways to get healthy. Thanks for starting this plan.
