The daily reflections have challenged me to think about why I do what I do - it has reinforced healthy behaviors and shed light on unhealthy behaviors that still need to be changed. It is positive and encouraging. It has shown me options that I hadn't considered. It's a great way to make bad days into good data for future improvement.

The journal was a surprise as I was excepting it to be mainly blank pages. I love the encouraging daily devotionals and scriptures. I am not a "journal writer" - it's not normally something I enjoy doing however I am thoroughly enjoying this daily process and look forward to writing in it every evening. Thank you!

I love the journot. Not only does it help me keep track of food and exercises, it gives me a daily devotion and a place to tell what I am thankful for.

The journal keeps me accountable. When you see in print how 'little' exercise you did that day it motivates you to do more the next day.
Also logging your food each meal and snack keeps you on track, so you don't forget.

The journal enriches and motivates me to stay on track. As I complete each section I feel I am fulfilling God's plan for me. The scriptures and thought provoking questions keep me in God's word and growing in my faith.

I have just received my Daniel Plan Journal. I am excited to start it and have been looking it over to understand how I need to use it. Journaling for my health has not been something I have done. I like the way it is laid out. I feel as if it will be a personal coach for me each day. Reminders, tips, motivational thoughts and adding my faith. I have never had my faith as the center of my health plan before or even included it as a part of my plan. It was always as if my faith was a separate part of me, and my health and weight another part. As if God would not know both parts of me. So I am excited to use this Journal and use it to center myself with God and work to make my health better and include God in my weight loss and better health efforts. I feel from looking at this Journal that it will be easy to use and I look forward to learning from it as I move forward with this plan. Thank you for all the effort in putting this plan together. I want to put God in the center and know that I am doing my best for Him and myself.
