I like the idea of the journal but it doesn't give me enough space to write out my food… guess I need to write smaller. Otherwise, its great.

I love the Daniel Plan Journal!
It's easy, compact, simple, and makes getting on the Daniel Plan easy to start.

Love it!! It makes it easy to be accountable to yourself each day and provides you with an opportunity to evaluate what worked and what did not so that you can plan for tomorrow. I would highly recommend that anyone beginning the Daniel Plan utilize the journal. I think it is just as important as having the right, healthy foods in your house.

I LOVE the content, but I don't care for the packaging. I would prefer something easier to carry - maybe same size and set up as the Study Guide. Better yet... if the e version was form-fill-able... The daily reminders and encouragements and challenges are all great tools all contained in inconvenient packaging.

Wish I had purchased while doing the group study. Digressed for a bit afterward, but this is a great way to get back on track and keep myself accountable when my Daniel Plan friends are not available. Requires intentional thought and planning. A good addition to my current daily devotional readings.

I love the reading for each day, and it makes you accountable for the food you eat, the water you drink and activity--as long as you fill it out. I have a hard time remembering to fill it out. I guess I thought there would be more suggestions for activities, food and faith in it--or tying it to the activity book since we go through both at the same time. It just wants you to write everything down and maybe that's what journaling is. I just expected more. There are others in our church who love it however.

I love this journal because it keeps God at the center of your healthy journey. Planning and putting it on paper in this wonderful format provided by the Daniel Plan is a big key and tool for success! My wish is there would be more of these so people could have new material to read as their lifelong journey continues.

This journal covers it all and is a great tool for tracking your progress. You will get from it what you put into it. I was never much for journaling, however as I am a bit older now, I find I need to write things down. Some days I may write more or less than others but every bit helps. Even just reading from it daily can be encouraging and helpful. One thing I find is really helpful is being able to look back when having a bad week or day to see what was different in what you did or felt when it was a good week.
Great tool to get started with!

The daily reflections have challenged me to think about why I do what I do - it has reinforced healthy behaviors and shed light on unhealthy behaviors that still need to be changed. It is positive and encouraging. It has shown me options that I hadn't considered. It's a great way to make bad days into good data for future improvement.
