This cookbook has been so helpful. My attention is focusing in the things we shod eat not on what we can't eat. My family loves what is being made, It's been fun and we feel great.

just recently purchased the daniel plan cookbook, have not really had the opportunity to go thru the entire book, but: . . . the whole foods protein shake, top of the line and take it each morning before departing for work!; also tried the green smoothie but because the only two berries i had were of the blue and black variety, had a purplish smoothie! encouraged about this book and have lost over ten pounds in just two weeks! peace and hope you enjoy the book!

I have to say as much as I love my Daniel Plan book and audio book, I'm sorry to say I was disappointed in the cook book. The book itself is beautiful and inspirational, but only has seven (7) chicken recipes and four (4) beef recipes. It contains lots of other recipes but (in my humble opinion) needs more entree recipes.

WOW! This cookbook makes it easy to eat very well and healthy without ever feeling deprived. Try the fish taco's with Mango Jalapeño Salsa, they are to die for. Better than a restaurant. From breakfast to dessert every meal is covered- even party menus. Our Daniel Plan group will be having a Mexican Fiesta Party next week.
The cookbook is essential!

Absolutely love this cookbook due to the fact with my daughter having Celiac Disease I am able to make meals that the whole family enjoys. my children are even waking up in the morning to make their own smoothies. My children also love picking out recipes to try out for the week. Awesome cookbook!!!!

I received my Daniel Plan Cookbook, and immediately tried the Scrambled Egg Tostados. What a pleasant surprise. The recipe was easy to follow, and the end product was delicious!
I am learning now better ways of cooking for my family. A new way that will help us live a healthy lifestyle without feeling deprived of some of our favorites.
Overall I am happy with the cookbook. It is filled beneficial and helpful tips and suggestions. The pictures are beautiful. The recipes are easy to follow and understand. The ingredients are easy to find in large supermarkets.
I have suggested this book to many of my friends who are interested in why I am losing weight.
The only problem I have had with the cookbook, is the colored codes under the description of the recipes. (GF DF and V). I believe I understand what they mean, but having an explanation in the front of the book would help me be sure of what I think is right.
Looking forward to this Saturday--I plan on Blueberry French Toast for my family to kick start a day of demolition and repair in the living room.

This is a great cookbook with lots of yummy recipes. I have tried 2/3 of them already and have not had a bad one yet!!
