I'm making my way through the recipes now. I love the chile lime sauce, but the gelato not so much. I LOVE avocados, but I can't seem to enjoy them as a dessert. I'm happy eating a whole avocado by itself with a spoon. I only gave this a four because I have yet to make a dent in the book.

The beginning of the book recaps the Daniel Plan and goes right into tasty healthy recipes
I love the kitchen but I think many of these recipes (the omelette for example) are super easy and quick to make even if the kitchen isn't your favorite place ;-)

The recipes are great but would be helpful to have serving size. This would allow adjusting recipe for smaller or larger groups without guessing and wasting if you make to much Example: recipe says it will serve 4-6 people. But ends up serving 8-10 due to size each person eats. This is great if you are feeding 8-10 but you end up with waste if you are only feeding 2 and have no resource for freezing or canning. I grew up in a very poor family where we were taught never to waste food. The food tastes great and I share as much as I can. Still I don't like throwing away when I have no one to give it to

Although I have not yet tried any of the recipes, I can tell this will be my go-to for not just recipes but the great info also at the beginning of the cookbook. I expect this will be a great resource on my journey to get fit and I can't wait to try many of the recipes!

I love the cookbook. I have already tried several of the recipes. I only wish it had the recipes from "The Daniel Plan - 40 Days to a Healthier Life" incorporated since I have tried and love several of those recipes too. It would just be convenient not to have to remember which book the recipe is in.

I feel this cookbook has simple recipes that I can whip out after working all day, even my hubby likes the recipes and he's not following the Daniel Plan, it's a must!

I have had this cookbook only one week and have tried many of the recipes. They are all very good and many of them are 30 minutes or less prep/cook time. I love that they are all healthy and it makes it easy to eat healthy. It is also nice that many of them require the same spices and ingredients so you don't feel like you are buying things that will go to waste. Can't wait to try ALL the recipes.

I was pleasantly surprised with this cookbook. It had so much more in the way of "How to..." that I really needed. I just wished there were more recipes available for us Midwesterners. We do not have the fresh seafood and year round local fresh fruits and veggies that the authors do. Other than that, a beautifully illustrated reference that I will use.

The Daniel Plan cookbook has a great variety of recipes with easy-to-follow instructions. I love that they have helpful tips along the way so you can make the recipe the best it can be. I've tried several of the recipes and they have been easy to make and yummy!

We own so many cookbooks and this one has become our favorite! Everything is so yummy and fresh! Every day we try something new! We have not even started a 40 day plan and I have already lost 5 pounds!
