We are using this book for a Small Group Study at New Life Christian Center in St. George, Utah. We have a group of about 10 individuals who are making a commitment to live Daniel Strong! The book is well-presented, easy to read and understand, and the recipe's are fantastic! We are enjoying the entire process!

Amen to a book that is for anyone to clearly to understand the power of God in our everyday life, including our health. It is easy reading and inspiring because it gives the who, what, when, where, how & why of living more healthy. It truly brings to life the wisdom of 2 Tim 3:16 that God's word is our plumb line by which we are to measure everything we hear, everything we believe, everything by which we live. Another great resource to share with everyone!

It a journey not to be taken likely. It's four stars because I have not completed or put the ideas into practice.

Of course, the Bible is the best book ever! Did the 10 day Detox and the 40 day plan; my wife and I are on day 72 and love the results; lost weight, have more energy and focus. The book is packed full of valuable information. Reading it for the 2d time and now teach a Daniel Plan class at our church; how's that for an endorsement!

I am reading this book for the second time now, first I read it just get get the information. Now I am putting into practice what is really The a Daniel Plan, faith, food, focus, friends and fitness. I highly recommend this book!

I'm only about 1/3 of the way through the book, but it has so much good information so I am constantly highlighting. I've done so many diet plans before but this encompasses my whole life. The 10 day detox is so much easier than other plans and I am 9 days into it and feel energetic and am losing weight!
The book is well researched and well written. All the contributors are people I trusted as experts even before they were connected with this program. A+ across the board!
